Use & Care
Heat in a clean microwave for up to 90 seconds, following the heating guide attached to the product. Make sure the turntable can rotate freely. Warmth can last up to two hours. Allow the Hot-Pak® to return to room temperature before reheating.
For cold therapy, place it inside a sealed freezer bag and freeze for 2–3 hours. Use it to help soothe bruises, sprains, or overheating.
Filled with carefully selected organic material and dried French lavender.
Surface clean only with a lightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or put it in the washing machine. The filling will not appreciate your initiative.
